Mondays felt unbearable, and work pressure left me emotionally drained. I isolated myself, lost my temper over small things, and carried my stress home, affecting my health and relationships. Exhausted and unmotivated, I blamed my job—until I realized the real issue wasn’t work itself, but burnout and lack of fulfillment. Instead of letting my job define me, I changed my perspective and learned to manage my triggers. The same workplace, the same responsibilities—but now, work no longer controls my life. I show up, do my best, and leave it behind at the end of the day. I don’t live to work—I work to live, fully present in every moment that matters.
